Consulting and Judging

Kathleen Fillmore-Mills is a USEF licensed official holding a judges card in Hunters (r), Hunter Equitation (r), Jumpers (r) and Breeding (R). She is available to judge your shows at the National level as well as local and affiliate level shows. Experienced, efficient, organized and professional, she has officiated at many notable National shows such as The Upperville Horse and Pony Show, HITS Culpeper, PSJ Aiken Finale and many others. Associate shows include VBPA Classic, Piedmont Ruritan, Shenandoah Arabian Nationals, the Virginia State 4-H Championship and hundreds of local shows in Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Kathi also has considerable experience judging Interschool and Collegiate Competitions. Prices are very competitive and vary depending on circumstances. Kathi has considerable experience developing both large and small equestrian centers and horse farms, as well as horse show facilities and management. Kathi has also developed site plans, community riding arenas and HOA rules for a number of equestrian communities and is available for consult in the planning of your horsey endeavor. Helping numerous budding horse professionals, she has mentored those hoping to "make it" in their equestrian dream.
